Welcome to Payton Pressed. These terms cover buying from paytonpressed.com. By placing an order you're agreeing to them, along with my Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy.

Who I am

Payton Pressed is a one-person handmade goods business run by Payton Lynd in East Memphis, Tennessee. You can reach me at paytonpressed@gmail.com.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy, which I accept when I confirm it by email. I may decline or cancel an order and refund you in full — for example if an item is priced incorrectly, is unavailable, or the personalization requested isn't something I'm able to print.

Personalization

Personalized items are printed exactly as you enter them at checkout. You're responsible for the spelling, capitalization and details you submit. See the Return and Refund Policy for what happens if something arrives wrong.

What you can ask me to print

Please don't ask me to reproduce someone else's logo, artwork, characters or trademarks. By submitting text or artwork you confirm you have the right to use it. I may decline any request at my discretion.

Pricing

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. If an item is listed at the wrong price, I'll contact you before charging you.

My designs

The designs, photographs and text on this site are mine. You're buying a finished product, not the artwork — please don't resell, redistribute or reproduce the designs themselves.

Photos of finished work

I sometimes share photos of finished orders on Instagram and here on the site. If you'd rather I didn't share yours, just say so — no explanation needed.

Liability

My responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes to these terms

I may update these terms. The version on this page at the time you place your order is the one that applies to it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA.
